OUR STORY

RAISE FRC was started to stand up for our state’s most vulnerable children and youth in foster care.  Our desire is to help change their future by ensuring NC County and State DHHS and the NC Courts are held accountable to follow Federal and State laws.  We will also continue to partner with legislation to work towards permanency for all children and youth in care because their lives matter, they deserve the best, and we can do better.
