Educate the public about what is really happening to children and youth in foster care in North Carolina, the science-based evidence of the effects of trauma, and the laws in place to protect children and youth.

ADVOCATE

Advocating the constitutional rights and best interests of children and youth in care MUST come first.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Every child and youth in care has experienced trauma. The institution created to protect them should not be causing more trauma.
